 
| Tom Janoe decided it was time to slow down a little bit and take life a little easier
so on May 31, 2006 we sold most of the assets of Janoe Kenworth Trucks.

| Tom is back at the original location at 5036 Roosevelt Ave. on the south
side of San Antonio with a new company name... Janoe
Motors.

| He kept the body shop (which was always located on Roosevelt). And yes, Danny, Richard, Fernando, and Ruben are all still here!

| He also decided to continue selling used trucks and keeps a good inventory of quality used trucks and trailers at reasonable prices.

| He has leased out the old parts department to Truck Parts Express.
